I consulted with a lawyer yesterday to see if I had any legal options to speak or change the judges ruling on relocation recently, which has cost me seeing my son so far. The lawyer stated that any efforts are damaged due to no reporter at hearing. Today is the last day that I am eligible for a rehearing. My direction I think will be to not challenge the order but perhaps I will petition the new court to modify my time sharing schedule and ask for entire summer and spring break instead of alternate weekends. Outlook on this looks more positive. Iv been staying with jennifer since Feb. 5 or so after a health problem that has had me bed confined and off of work for days. I am focusing on my health and trying to get better.
