Sept. 1st 2011

Well its been a while since writing. Since last wriring i have been married. Jennifer and i had a private ceremony in the church office with brother Hinote on July 10th.
You have also begun your year in the first grade at your school in Cocoa with your mom. You seem to be getting along well enough with your new stepdad and new invironment in Cocoa.
Recently and sadly my mother, grandma passed. She had been diagnosed with lung cancer and she was eventually committed to hospice and took a fast turn for the bad. I visited her the day before she passed and spent about 4 or 5 hours just holding her hand and standing next to her bed and praying for and with her. Although she was not awake and talking most of the time. I returned the next evening to Tampa and was with her unto her last breathing moment. She is at peace now. Jason my son, your grandmother loved you very very much buddy! She loved you in her own special way and she will be missed very much by your daddy. Your grandma was a very special woman. She did lots of things for others in her life. And she raised 5 children and loved us all, just by herself and with Gods help.
So, on the weekend of Aug. 12th of her passing we went and picked you up and returned to Tampa for the funeral and spent some breif time with family members. We stayed in a hotel room and had lunch with uncle Matt, aunt Crystal,Lucas, Jennifer and Faith. We ate at Sonny's barbeque:) yum.
After the funeral we returned home to Gainesville and spent some time there until your mother came to get you.
Thank you for being such a good boy Jason. You are turning out to be such a great little guy! Im so proud of you and i love you sooo much!! You are a great listener and are very smart. Your my son and i am glad and i love you.
I will miss grandma( my mom) very much Jason. Mothers are very special to us as men and young men. They love us and take care of us in a unique way that noone else in the world is able. Just like our dads. Love you Jason. Be good and il talk to you later.
